Bullying in the workplace

It is an interesting phenomenon that is occurring in some workplaces with regard to the handling of educating employees about bullying. Workshop after workshop is disseminated and the same topics are addressed. But the real topics that relate to ‘human behaviour’ are not even mentioned and bullying continues along its merry way... I have recently written an article about bullying called ‘Rudolf has the last laugh’ and if you would like to read it, send an email to me and I will forward you a copy.

    IMO most of these workshops etc. are design by companies to CTA, so they could say we had an incedence of bullying, well obviously its not are fault as the parties involved went through our anti-bullying and sensitivity programs, so you can't blame us. (of course I'm a cynic)
    Now I'm an older white male and therefore i'm not subject to any bullying, maybe I'm immune, or simply able to ignore it. I do work with some abrasive people but the people they deal with seam to handle this well.
    Some of what I think people call bullying is a difference in personallity, and leadership style.
